Supply and Install Toughened Glass Shower Panels

The Project
The homeowner was renovating their bathroom and wanted wall-to-wall shower panels fitted.

The Solution
Once our inspection was complete we suggested two shower panels extending from each wall with an open entry into the shower area. These shower panels would be made from toughened glass which was supported by black wall channels and floor fittings.

Installation of the New Shower Panels and Screens

The toughened glass shower panels measured 2000mm x 850mm with a 150mm radius applied to each panel. Each shower panel was 10mm thick. The frame was made from aluminium and powder coated in black in keeping with the colour theme of the bathroom.

First, we installed the frame that went across the floor to the ceiling. We then inserted the channels where the glass was to be inserted. When inserting glass everything must be square.
